The Operator Console Windows and Mac Components install in your Windows system tray or Mac OS/X Dock and displays pop-up messages when new visitors and incoming chats arrive. It features an idle detection mechanism which will automatically set your Operator Console to 'Away' mode if you leave your computer, and back to 'Online' status when you return.
